I have a small bush like plant near my compost tip at the end of the garden.
I would be pleased if someone could identify this plant for which I have

The bush looks the same all year, always green, no smell, no flowers and I
would like to use the space for other plants.

It's a hebe. It should flower, but I think they're grown mainly for
their foliage.

I think I planted some herbs a few years ago so could it be a herb ?

Not if it doesn't smell
