I can confirm that "George" has given verifiable personal information. He
gave a name, address and phone number that appear in online directories.
His name also appears in a professional directory which confirms the
profession he told us. I have phoned the number he gave and spoken to
him.
He has posted under that name to rec.ponds. Even without meeting a Board
member in person, it is clear that "George" is who he claims to be.

He speaks with love and enthusiasm for his pond and appreciation for the
advice and support he has gotten here in the past. He seems motivated by
a
wish that others with pond questions may benefit as he has.
