i'm ne passionfruit expert either but what i have heard some varieties
(the purple one?) only have a life of around 4 some go for longer, so
it may depend on the variety?

also what are you doing with your grey water from the house? we have
one of those jamacian gold i think? only just planted a few months
agao, all it gets is shower water and some of my wee water, and it's
loving it.
