Default Orchid Zone

Hi, Rob,

I purchased several phrags from G & B Nursery last year. They do a
booming business with Armstrong Nursery. Although the names of the
phrags were not on the tags, I also contacted Terry with their numbers.
Terry responded within a couple of days; therefore, perhaps, he was on
vacation.

They did respond to the e-mail with the names of my plants (although a
week later). Hope this helps.
Good Luck!

For the record, that is inexcusably unacceptable. Not Terry responding
to you (that was great), but the fact that the store didn't put the
names on the labels. I can understand that from a big lot store, but
one that specializes in orchids (Orchid Fever?) should know better. I'd
demand the name from them (even if you have already gotten it from
Terry). If they can't or won't comply it demonstrates that they don't
know (or don't care) what the heck they are doing, and I wouldn't spend
my money there any more.

Wow, that struck a nerve... Ouch.
