I must admit I have watched those progs and it time the hammer was brought
down on them.............they sell an items for £3.50 and say LOOK WHAT
YOU'RE GETTING FOR UNDER A FIVER.............yet look at the top of the
screen and it says £7.99 delivery and £1.50 for the phone order.............

come on OFWAT of whatever its called.
