Default Adhesive for Pond Liner

"topo" wrote ...
Putting a new pond liner in for someone probably PVC type and need to
stick it up and over surrounding cemented wall which has paving slabs
on top ...... I will then over cap with new top slabs etc.
What is the best adhesive to use ? I plan to insert the liner over the
old for a bit more protection ..... Is this a good idea ? Any tips
would be most helpful

PVC liner always cracks just above the water line due to UV radiation. One
cure is to bring the liner up behind the top bricks so it doesn't get any
sunlight.
Putting one liner over another is OK as long as the first liner was fitted
properly and there aren't too many creases. You can purchase underliner
which helps smooth out any problems and is strong enough to resist
stone/root damage.
