Good luck. I've got the same problem 'cept I know why mine is seized.
The battery box let go and dropped the battery on the transaxle pulley.
The resultant spray of acid on the right side wheel (also on the brake
shaft and disc) and axle fused the wheel to the axle. Knowing what I
know now, I should have immediately pulled the wheel and brake disc and
cleaned and lubed both. I've tried both med and large gear pullers to
no avail - the wheel started deforming but still won't budge. Torch
then coolant spray, etc. I've got to get the wheel off before I can get
a puller on the brake disc.

I've come to the conclusion I gotta pull the (fairly new tire) off the
rim and carefully cut the wheel off with a 4 1/2 inch grinder. If I
can't get the brake disc off with a puller after this, it's find a used
transaxle time.

I had to put a new tire on that wheel while it was still on the mower
right after hurricane Rita. If I'd known (and not been in such a hurry)
I would have dealt with it then.

Again, good luck.
