Saw them yesterday and you can email him and get a few pics of what he has
along with prices. The pumps will lift, but do not deliver it at pressure so
you would have to pump from the highest point. We tried with the $135 pump
and to fill a bucket took 12 strokes of the pump.

The cheapest $40 pump is cosmetic only as it's stroke is t long for the
barrel and it jams, but all the others are quite effective at moving water.
He does advise they are for home water features rather than industrial
quality, but for the cost, they would have to be operated pretty often to
have wear as a problem. Pumping dirty sandy water from a well would be a bit
harder than rain water from roofs as once it settles a bit and the grit that
comes from the roof with the first would not be causing extra wear on the
pump body.

He sells them with the barrel and without, and they are available with an
electric pump going straight through them and you could used both at the
same time if you wanted. Used as a water feature, the pump handle will give
a stronger flow than a cheap electric when the kids play with it.

Hope this helps,
Peter
