Looks like it is burnt at the top. Most likely by that air conditioner that
is
above it. Ever felt the heat coming out the back of an A/C unit?

Ummm! Yep!. I never thought of that!

Now to decide which is to go g

Although I have 2 other camellias in the same bed about 2 meters either side and
they are displaying some leaves with the same symptoms.

Oh btw, they are facing east.

There has been a couple of scorchers the last 3 weeks, and the Christmas/new
year hot days we had here in Melb. were in Hobart and they didn't get a drink, I
think that might have contributed to the problem, Oh well off with the old in
with the new so they say.

But I agree with you about the A/C, I'll have to give that one a little thought.
