Where I live we're right on the border of Oldham and Manchester. You
can't get here in a car without driving through Manchester (we only
have a footbridge and a manky footpath joining us to Oldham.) so all
the inconsistencies between what our council's let happen drive me
mad.
I will pay them a visit on Sunday (as well as visiting my nearest
Oldham allotment)
My friend in Preston's been told there's no chance of him getting one
before April! (one in Preston rather than down here!)
I like to see the differences between councils as it's interesting to
see what they think is best practice.
