Shame on them, Kay.
It may be they don't like feeding birds but they do like selling
things at car-boot sales. A friend had some things stolen from her
garden, including an almost new, expensive staddle stone, and the
police said that's where they would probably end up.

The Police weren't very well informed on the 'latest' theft of 'hot objects'
then. There is a black market trade in Architectural Antiques such as this.
As my Daughter and Son in Law know to their cost from when the had the Manor
House as an Hotel.
