wow that must be some garden, its surprising how many you can fit
around the place.


i have mine on the fences ,on the shed , on various obolisks and by
the shrubs , i have just planted one next to the waterbutt and
wrapped wire round the waterbutt and hopefully it will hide it from
view. i also have a couple in pots . cant wait to see the results.

i think i may get one of those metal arches to go across the path and
put a couple by that .

We have just made a 'longish' arch over a path leading to a seat by putting
two together with an equal gap between and covered it all with black plastic
coated 'chicken wire'. We have all sorts of things growing on it from
Clematis Viticella 'Mary Rose' to a climbing rose with more to go on yet.
Inside the arch we are contemplating growing red and white flowered Runner
Beans!!

thats a good idea to plant runner beans on an arch . you can sit there and pick your lunch.
