I load it into Picassa and then try to attach it to this news server. I've
never tried pasting a photo to a news server, so I'm at a loss.

I tried to send a photo of my newly purchased Phal, but the news server
said it was too big. I use a D200, download the picture to the desktop and
try to add it to my message here. Am I not doing something correctly?
