Unless I allow the scripts, my browser cannot follow links etc and nor
does it permit any background jiggery-pokery, so I allow scripts only

Getting back to Salvia, you know I've been quite taken with this
site. *Some 30 years ago I started a collection of the shrubby Central
and South American sages' and became quite fanatical about them for a
while. *This site has certain stirred up old fascinations for the more
tender types. *It has also reminded me to renew my search for seed or
plants of the pure Salvia splendens, which makes a medium sized, head-
high shrub with long racemes of vivid scarlet flowers. *A million
miles from those stubby 'bedding Salvias' and a million times better
as well.

Can I help by trying to get seed for you here Dave?
