Default Cucumber hills

I _could_ be all wet on this, but I don't think that "hills" are
_necessarily_ actual, literal hills.

However, if indeed they are, it might have something to do with
keeping the seedlings feet dry, or warmer, or a combination of same.
If you have some way to put a cloche over your seeds they'd probably
be happy on the flats too.
