Greenacre is a slight misnomer, as a result of economies the B'ham site will be
a 25 square metre allotment including a shed.


I wish! Instead, it's a playing field: Does Birmingham have so many
playing fields that it can shed yet another? One would have thought they
could have found a redundant factory car park, or some such...
