Default Petunia problem

Hi.
Wonder if anyone could help me here please.

Have had for approx 5 yrs now and take a few cuttings
most yrs and also over wintering mother plants.

Last yr had masses and masses of flowers.
The flower is almost fist size,a double Petunia.

This year when plants planted in baskets etc they
seemed to be doing fine, the last month or so the leaves
started going like this in one of the pictures then tend to
drop off, buds that were forming are now staying at
cherry size and do not grow any bigger.

Have 5 baskets with them in and 4 of them are badly
affected.
They have been watered and fed (Miragrow ?) as other yrs
but they appear to be dying.

Pics are of a heathy one (for now) and of typical leaf.

Not sure what link is which.
Thanks.

They're Fuchsias, not petunias. If all the leaves are like that I'd
burn them and start again, frankly.
