Yes .......there are some cases that have won the costs of this but also
some have not been so lucky .......its a bit of a lottery as to the whim of
a judge

I don't know if it is true or not, but someone once told me that if a

neighbours
hedge overhangs your property, you are entitled under law to get someone

in to
trim the hedge and bill the owner of the hedge for the work. It might be

worth
getting advice to see if this is the case.
