After the press a pulper to turn whole apples to smush before pressing
will greatly increase efficiency
There are two easy possibilities
a) cook the fruit first before juicing - but this affects the flavour
b) freeze the fruit first - just put it in carrier bags in the
deepfreeze for a day or so. Doesn't affect the flavour, and only ties up
the deepfreeze space for a couple of days.
