willing to accept credit payments if the buyer paid extra?

If I accept CC payment (or upgrade my account) then PayPal will charge the
commission for all my transaction including bank account transfers. Of
course I can have two accounts, one for CC payment and one for bank
transfers. But I am not a professional seller and maintaining two accounts
will be a pain IT Butt.
