The latest Windows Live Mail does that although this being a non-binary
Newsgroup you can't attach photos. For photos I use Flickr and simply post
a
link.
Can't stand web based forums etc. myself. Much too cumbersome in most
cases.

Rumour has it that it is possible to adjust the settings of Windows
Live Mail in order to get proper Usenet quoting.

Really! Do please tell me how it's done, I've spent ages trying every
combination of adjustments to try to cure the problem.
