Not a true statement. During bad economic times, the rich have often
been brought down. French, American, English revolutions come to
mind. With a democratic society built in the next revolution should
incur a bloodless revolution, vote them out and raise taxes on the
rich. If the rich move over seas... tariffs.

Extra note: To ease Davids soul "alt.politics.usa" is some what
interesting.

Class warfare is not the solution. Look at the old USSR. We could
all live in poverty except of course for the party elite.
Now look at China. They may be communist but probably have a higher
percentage of millionaires than the US.


Class warfare has always been the choice of the rich. They've been suceeding at
it for years. As Warren Buffet said:
"There's class warfare, all right, but it's my class, the rich class, that's
making war, and we're winning. "
