Fields of yellow here in west Cornwall, with armies of 'foreign
nationals' out picking them. Actually, the pickers pick them while
they're still in bud. The ones in flower are usually being grown for
the bulbs.


The bloody 'foreign nationals' that live up the road picked all mine when I
planted the front verge a couple of years ago.
