No, Superstar is a weakly scented rose. I believe it is of the family, if that is the
right word, but it is Tropicana. The websites I have seen it in have it named
"Tropicana/Superstar" and as yet, are all USA based.

I would like a British one, as importing is probably forbidden.

Looking at those links the description of Super Star does not seem to fit
with that of the original post. One even says lightly scented, however, we
all know that can be dependant on where a plant is grown.

Not that I can find a seller in the UK but the strange thing is if you put
Rosa Tropicana in the RHS plant Finder you get nurseries selling Super Star.
Has the name changed?
Perhaps the Royal National Rose Society could help track it down seeing as
they have given Tropicana awards.
