Not that I can find a seller in the UK but the strange thing is if you put
Rosa Tropicana in the RHS plant Finder you get nurseries selling Super Star.
Has the name changed?
Perhaps the Royal National Rose Society could help track it down seeing as
they have given Tropicana awards.
The OP named it as Tropicana/Superstar, and at least one site I found
have the names as alternatives:

It may be that Tropicana is the name used in the USA
