Best scent is from our own native Lonicera periclymenum, chose a good
form.

Thank you Charlie. I have informed the gardener. She had actually looked
at that one but apparently it's not an evergreen, but will look at it
again following your recommendation.

Its not evergreen but never looks dead as it already has green buds on it
for next year, but evergreen is wanted L japonica is good unless in a dry
place then its dreadful for mildew.
