Default [IBC] Rooting Azalea cuttings

Hi everyone.

We are trying to propogate azaleas from cuttings- most of the 'garden'
varieties grow ok, but one of the smaller ones, called 'magenta' is giving
us a lot of trouble. At the moment we use silica sand, with semi-hard
cuttings and root hormone. Any suggestions to improve the yield (roughly
30-40% at the moment) ?

Thankyou.
