Default [IBC] repotting.

The "mesh" we all use is called "plastic canvas." It is used as a base by
people doing crafts. It comes in various colors which is not important in
the bottom of a pot. It also comes in different mesh sizes. You want a size
that allows for good drainage without letting the soil run out. Here it is
sold by Wal Mart for less than $1 (US) per 8 x 10 inch sheet.
