[IBC] Not a serrisa post.....MidA convention vending
Folks,
Just returned from the New Jersey MidAtlantic 2003 symposium last night. I noticed a few pics on the gallery already. It occured to me that probably many IBC'ers who haven't ever been to a convetion have no idea of what is available in addition to the the demos, display and workshops of the program masters. The vending area is one of the major draws to a convention. I posted a few shots from around the vending area perimeter from this weekend. Several IBC/ABS folks vending there including me). 18 vendors in the room and it is full! This is an average sized vending area for a US symposium ( 15-20 vendors) with larger conventions ( with more area) having upwards of 35-40). All the bonsai, stock, pots, tools, soil, scrolls, stands, stones, figures, carving tools, wire, more stock, more bonsai, more tools that you could want! Please, if you've never been...think about supporting your USA conventions. Go to the IBC GALLERY for some pics.
