Default [IBC] Fw: [IBC] Bonsai and Disabilities

I suggest Taoist Tai Chi as a way of strengthening aging and
weakening shoulder, neck and back.


I would have to second Jim's motion. I practiced Taoist Tai-Chi
for a few
years and have seen a lot of "miracles" from people who did that.
