Default Amur maple diseases

Hi all,

I have an amur maple that has been having the leaves turn brown and
appear to be loosing whole branches to it. If this is Verticillium Wilt is
there any hope for this tree? I have Anthracnose on my tomatos, is it the
same disease for maples?
I have pruned off the worst branches and sprayed with an anti fungal.
This tree is currently in the ground and I did not lift it as it was
already stressed. What else can I do?
