Default Moss in Toronto

There is a marketplace in downtown Toronto where Bryum argenteum, the most
desirable moss for bonsai, grows between the paving stones. One day a group
from the Toronto Bonsai Society were down on their hands & knees with knives &
plastic bags, collecting the moss. A lady came out of one of the stores
carrying two shopping bags. She stopped and watched the collection process.
Finally she asked, "How do you cook it?"
