Default [IBC] The Future of the List

Maybe I missed the part where someone assumed responsibility for
administering the list (technical and personal communication), but I feel
the need to point out that when you have 5 or 10 or 20 people "responsible"
for the list, you have absolutely no one responsible for the list. Nothing
will get done as it should.

There has to be one and only one person responsible for the technical and
"discipline" areas of the list management. Any more than that will mean
chaos and dropped balls every day.

Just a thought. I apologize if I did, in fact, miss someone being given
responsibility for these areas.

Kind regards,
Andy Rutledge
