Default [IBC] winter fertilizing

I have always had problems with fertilizing. I never know which fertilizer
to use. For now, i need to know how I should fertilize my bonsai during the
winter. I started using a "Blossom and Root Builder" 0-10-10 fertilizer last
week. Is this right? Should I be using anything else? Thanks for the help.
