Default [IBC] oaks

I have to strongly advise you not to get acorns from overseas. The
disease from the "US" that Liam is talking about is actually a European
disease that we DEARLY do not want here. You see, we have one mating type
in the US (on the West Coast), and they have the other mating type, and
sex of this sort could be bad for all of us. I study this disease
("sudden oak death") and it could really hurt our nursery industry. For
heaven's sake, you can buy English oaks mail order from Roslyn nursery on
Long Island.
