Default [IBC] changes at Bonsai Today

I just called because I hadn't even received #91 and 92 is just coming
out. They told me they've been having problems with the mailing house
they've been using, so they're hoping that the new one they're switching
to will be more reliable. Also, they are switching over to a domestic
printer as opposed to having them done in Spain. Long-time subscribers
know that getting the magazines through customs has been a major hurdle
for some time. So, hopefully this will make the magazine more timely.

Good news. Now, I hope BT either hires its own copy editor
and/or the printing house hires one so the table of contents
will bear at least _some_ relationship to the text inside, so
there are page numbers throughout, and . . .

And/or would be best, but either would be an improvement. ;-)
