we did the same...
evacuated...and picked up the trees...put the ones
in nice pots in the wood shop...
we lost quite a few of the prebonsai material...
they dried up and were crunchy in just 3 days...

but, that was better than having them
all be projectiles into the windows...
glad everyone is ok.
