It may depend n where you are moving the tree to. If it has to travel for any length of time in VERY cold weather to get there, it may have problems. Otherwise, Serissa are pretty tough plants.

Just a regular fluorescent light will be OK. If you get more trees, you may want to invest in a more fancy system.

Bonsai Survival Manual is a good book. Check your local public library to see what you can find there.
