The 10th issue of the NABF Newsletter has been published and can

This issue, edited by Mary Bloomer, focuses on both the South
Central Region of North America and the upcoming 5th WBC. As Mary
notes, "South Central" is misleading, because it really refers to
what most of us call the southwest. Obviously the regional thing
was developed by some east coasters!
