Default Thyme Bonsai?

Anyone here every tried a thyme specie as bonsai? I was just browsing
Froogle yesterday and came across a thyme plant. Thyme has small
leaves.. and a nice scent. I never exactly seen a nice sized thyme
plant so I dunno it it can actually be trained as bonsai, but if it
could.. the size of those leaves will sure help the scale the size of
the plant.
