Is pigeon manure too strong to put in the compost heap?

Whoops!

Missed the "compost heap" part, sorry! I was thinking garden.
With the amount of grain pigeons waste, some of the millet etc. might
sprout but it still composts well.

Don't know. My brother has been raising and racing pigeons for 3 decades
now. He uses their feces on his lawn. Super green St. Augustine.
