Default Sushi quality tomatoes

yum, just got my first tomatoes in this year and they are sushi
quality! (northeast area) going to be a great year

Good to hear it. Mine in partial shade seem about the same.

Here on a hot day and a FRESH ripe tomato and mayonnaise sandwich is
sushi grade. Then there is the issue of basil or just tomato in hand.
Always something to cloud the wonder of fresh in hand dam advertisers.
