I agree that usenet is dying, but some groups are closer to dead
than others, and of course some groups are like zombies since they
are active but swamped with unrelated spam. In rec.gardens.edible
I have not seen too much spam and I don't even bother with filtering
other than whatever google.groups may do without my knowledge.
