Default Onyx gravel residue?

Does Onyx gravel give off as many fine particles as Fluorite?

I was wondering if I could swap out most of the gravel in my Tropical tank
without tearing down the tank? I've added small amounts of Fluorite (pots)
before and even with extensive rinsing it still clouds the water a bit.

No but I've got a spare bag of Onyx gravel and it looks waay to big to grow
aquatic plants unless you do a 30%-70% combo with the sand which is as dusty
and finer than flourite .
