Default Pyrethrum - 20083086.jpg

My understanding is that these are also called Tanecetum coccineum or
painted daisies. I have several plants, both bright magenta and pink,
that I grew from seed. They took about 3-years to get established, but
they have been blooming now for years too. The thing that I find odd
is that although these are the plants that the insecticide is produced
from, somebody (bunnies, I think) like to nibble on them when they
first emerge. It would be amusing if this is the bunnies version of
"Off".
