Multum In Parvo Gardening by Samuel Wood 1878 VGC
I have to confess here to not knowing what Multum in Parvo means but
the book is a manual for those wishing to grow the maximum amount of
produce on a small piece of land by traditional methods.

It is divided into Part 1 - How to make one acre of land without glass,
produce by the cultivation of fruits and vegetables 620 pounds per
annum clear profit.

Part two - similar set up but with flowers under glass.also a section
on pest eradication and potato cultivation.Very detailed advice with
some interesting tactics! Scarce old gardening manual.
