Default Taking Bougainvillea out of "moth balls'

I have this hardy bougie in a container. Would not of lasted if left
out in winter, so I had put it in my shed for the winter. How do I
handle it now as the weather is getting springlike. Does it have to be
repotted, watered and etc.? Appreciate info, thanks
