Default Garlic Mustard and Roundup

If you spray a plant with round up, does it kill any seeds that are
developing or have developed? I am thinking in terms of Garlic mustard and
do I have to spray before the seed pods develope.

seeds last 3 years in the dirt. spray the plant before seeds develop (or just pull
them up they are easy and then burn, dont compost) and then be sure to put down
something will prevent germination in the area. Ingrid
