Default What's wrong with Mom's Impatiens?

My mom's impatiens are getting these spots on the leaves with yellow and
fall off. What's the diagnosis?

If any of the plants are in pots, get them into the sun, and clip them back
a bit to encourage new growth. Just be aware that pots in the sun can dry
