Default venus flytrap hybernation

This is the first time I've attempted to keep a venus flytrap. It didn't
do too well during the summer and it is now going into sleep mode. Does
anybody have any recomendations for temperature settings throughout the
winter?

Low-mid 40's is fine. Mine are in my fridge which is 40 degrees F. Just
don't let them freeze.
